If the product you want to delete is in stock, you can only delete it after zeroing out the stock.
To zero out the stock of a product, follow these steps:
Checking the stock:
Go to Inventory → Stock section.
Search for your product.
Check the available quantity in the warehouse (For example "meal scroll" shows 66 units).
Zeroing out the product stock:
Go to Inventory → Inventory Adjustment section.
Click on the Create button.
This section is used to enter and recalculate warehouse balances in the system.
In the opened window:
Select the warehouse where you want to adjust the stock.
Click Step 2 and proceed to the Add section.
💡"Step 2" is intended for counting products, ingredients, and preparations.
To reset the actual stock of the product:
Select the product you want to count (e.g., Bubble Gum).
Click the Apply button below.
In the opened window:
Expected balance (the current quantity of the product in the warehouse) and Actual warehouse balance (the quantity after the count) fields will be displayed.
Actual warehouse balance will be set to zero.
Confirm the information and click on "Perform inventory check" button.
Delete a product from the warehouse:
Go back to the Inventory section.
Click on the product row and select Delete.
Delete a product from the menu:
Go to Menu → Products section.
Click on the three dots at the end of the product row and select Delete.
After completing these steps, you can remove the product from the inventory and delete it completely.
