How can I view the receipt history in the Clopos system?

Viewing Receipt History in the Back Panel
To track suspicious actions and other details in Clopos, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Sales → Receipts and click on the ID of the receipt you want to view.

  2. Once inside the receipt, go to the History section to see all actions related to it.

  3. In the History section, you can view the date, time, terminal used, and the employee who performed each action.

At the bottom of the receipt, you will see the number of previous receipts and suspicious actions, which help you monitor any irregular activity.

Viewing Receipt History from the Terminal
To view the receipt history from the terminal, follow these steps:

  1. First, enter the table where the receipt is located.

  2. Once inside the table, click the icon on the left side.

A window will open where you can see various actions related to the receipt.
It displays the receipt date, operations performed, and other details.

To view the history of a closed receipt, click on the archived receipt and then click on Receipt History.

Viewing Employee and Terminal Operations
To view actions performed by each employee in the terminal, go to Statistics → History and follow these steps:

  • In the History section, you can easily track the actions taken by each employee.

  • For more detailed information, use the date range and other filters.

  • To see suspicious or specific actions in more detail, go to the Actions section, apply filters, and select the relevant category.

You can also filter operations by employee or terminal for more specific results.

Creating a Product Deletion Tag
To create a product deletion tag, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings section from the main menu.

  2. Inside Settings, open the General tab.

  3. Find the Reasons for deleting a product from a receipt group.

  4. Within this group, create a new tag for product deletion reasons.

  5. Click the three dots button on the right side of the group.

  6. In the window that opens, click the + button and enter the name of the reason.

After entering the reason, click Create to complete the process.
