Managing Permission for Receipt Locking/Unlocking:
To lock or unlock a receipt at the terminal, the Manage Receipt Lock permission must first be enabled. To activate this permission, go to Employee → Roles, select the role you want to modify, click Edit, and then activate the Manage Receipt Lock option in the permissions section.
Once the permission is enabled, you can lock a receipt on the sales terminal by clicking the lock icon located in the bottom left corner of the open receipt. Clicking the lock icon again will unlock the receipt.
Operation Restrictions During Receipt Locking:
When a receipt is locked, no operations can be performed on it. If you try to perform any action, a notification will appear on the screen informing you that the receipt is locked.
