To create a new employee in the Clopos system, go to the Staff → Users section in the back office. On the page that opens, click the Create button located in the upper right corner.
You can get detailed information about creating a position by clicking on the Create Position link.
If you have been granted Web access as a position, you must enter your email and password to log in to the back office. Using these credentials, you will be able to access and manage the system within the permissions assigned to you.
To edit any information of an employee or delete an employee, click on the three dots next to the employee and make your selection.
When you click the Edit option, a window will open where you can enter the relevant information related to the employee.
Photo – Upload the employee’s picture here. The uploaded photo will appear on the customer-facing interface in the Clopos Pay system.
Username – Enter the employee’s name.
Position – Select the position created in the Positions section and assigned to you.
Salary – Enter the employee’s monthly wage (this will be reflected in reports).
Email, Password – Credentials used to log in to the back office.
PIN – A four-digit code assigned to the employee for accessing the terminal.
Card – If the employee logs in to the terminal via card, the card information is registered here through the reader.
Barcode – Barcode encoding is generated here using a barcode scanner.
Mobile – Optionally, add the employee’s mobile number. If you are using Clopos Pay, you must enter the number registered on the MPAY platform so that tips are directly transferred to the employee’s account.
Status – You can deactivate the employee to temporarily restrict access to the terminal and back office.
Branch – If you have multiple branches, grant access to the specific branches where the employee will be working.
Tips Allowed – When this function is enabled, it will be possible to give tips directly via Emenu without scanning the QR code on the receipt through Clopos Pay.
Tip Message – The message you write here will be displayed to the customer when making a payment with Clopos Pay.
Finally, click the Save button in the top-right corner.
