You can change your account information at any time. To do this, go to Back Office → Staff → Users. Once inside, find the employee whose information you want to change, click on the three dots next to them, and select the edit button.
In this section, you will see the User Name, Position, Salary, Email, Password (the one used to log into the back office), PIN (a 4-digit staff code for terminal access), Card (the staff card code used for terminal access), Barcode (the barcode used for terminal access), and Mobile information. You can change any of these details here. However, your email address can only be changed by contacting us.
If you are logged in with the owner account, you can assign any position to employees or make changes. However, if you log in with another account (even if you have access rights to all fields), you will be able to see all accounts except the owner account.
If your position is a manager, in this case, you cannot change the position of another person with a manager role to that of a cashier or waiter. Only the owner or account holder can do this.
