Process of Adding an Employee Card for Access to the Clopos System

  1. Access the back panel from the terminal where the card will be used.

  2. Navigate to the Employees → Users section.

  3. Select the user you want to add to the system from the list and right-click on it.

  4. Use the Edit option from the opened menu.

  1. Hover the mouse pointer over the Card field and click.

  2. Tap or swipe the card on the terminal's card reader (this depends on the card type).

  3. Click the Save button to ensure the card information is stored in the system.

It is possible to designate an employee card as an admin password. To do this, go to Settings → Terminal in the back panel and open the Actions that require password window. Then, tap on the Admin Password section and either tap or swipe your card (depending on the card type). After completing this step, your employee card will be registered as an admin password and can be used for all relevant operations.
