To create product removal reasons from a receipt, go to Back Panel → Settings → General section. Click the three dots in the "Product removal reasons from receipt" section.
After clicking the three dots, click the "+" button in the window that opens on the left side. Then, in the window that opens on the right side of the screen, enter the name of the new removal reason and click the Create button.
To make changes to the reason we created, you need to click on the three dots in front of it. From there, you can either edit the name of the reason or delete it completely.
After clicking the delete button for the product on the terminal receipt, such a window will appear. When you select one of the reasons you created and confirm it, the reason for deletion will be recorded as a tag in the receipt’s history.
You can view the reason for deletion from the receipt by clicking on the receipt's ID code and checking the history.
