To create a new supply, go to the Inventory → Supplies section in the back panel. Click the Create button located in the upper right corner.
On the opened page, we can create our new supply by entering the required information.
Supplier: Select the supplier (Indicates from whom we purchased the supplied products).
Status: Define the status of our supply.
Storage: Choose which warehouse to add our supply to.
Category: Automatically selected as "Supply".
Operation Time: Record the transaction date and time.
Balance: Specify the balance from which the payment is made during the supply process. For credit purchases, select "Unpaid".
Invoice Number: If there is an invoice number for the purchase, you can enter it in this field.
Description: Add any additional comments if needed.
Products: List the products you are supplying, along with their quantities and values.
Bulk Selection Function: Use this feature to add multiple products at once.
If the company sells you products at a discount, you can use the discount field to enter the discount percentage applied to the products.
If the company has specified the tax rates for the products separately on the invoice they provided, you should also enter the product price separately and the tax rate beside it as indicated on the invoice. Keep in mind that different products may have different tax rates, and some products may be completely exempt from taxes. Therefore, ensure you transfer the invoice details into the system exactly as presented.
Finally, click the Save button located in the upper right corner to save the information.
Note: For products that have undergone inventory, a supply operation cannot be performed for a date earlier than the inventory date!
