Using Terminals in Clopos
In Clopos, each terminal can only be used on one device.
If you want to use multiple terminals at the same time, you will need a new terminal code.
To create a terminal, you can do this through the Back Office:
Go to Back Office → Devices → Terminals.
Click the +Create button to add a new terminal.
Terminal Information Registration
Here you enter all the required information for the terminal.
Name: Enter the name you want to assign to the terminal. This will be used to identify the terminal.
Status: Select the status of the terminal. If set to Active, the terminal will be available for use. If set to Inactive, it will not be possible to log in to the terminal.
Device Type: Select the type of device on which the terminal will be used. There are two options: Desktop and Mobile.
Choose Desktop if you will be using a computer or tablet.
Choose Mobile if you will be using a smartphone.
💡 The monthly fee for a Desktop terminal is 30 AZN, while the monthly fee for a Mobile terminal is 15 AZN.
Once you confirm, your subscription fee will increase accordingly.
Once a terminal is created, it cannot be deleted by your side. If you want to delete a terminal, you only need to contact technical support.
💡 Please note that requests to delete a terminal are accepted only on weekdays, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
When a terminal is created, the system automatically assigns a password. However, if you wish, you can click the three dots next to the terminal to change its terminal code.
