What to do if you forgot your brand password?
If you have forgotten your brand password, you can recover it by following the steps below:
Go to clopos.com and click the Login button in the top right corner.
On the page that opens, enter your brand name correctly. If the name is correct, the page will refresh and a confirmation indicator will appear.
Next, click on the Forgot the password? button.
In the field that appears, enter your email address.
A confirmation code will be sent to your email. Enter that code in the Code field on the next page.
Once the confirmation code is entered correctly, you will be prompted to set a new password.
After entering the new password, click the Reset Password button.
Note: The code sent to your email can only be used once.
If the process is completed successfully, you will be automatically logged out of all devices connected to your account, and your new password will become active.
