Ordering a Product from the QR Menu
After scanning the QR code assigned to the table, add the products you want to order to the cart. Once you open the cart and confirm the order, you can also add a note. This note will appear on the receipt sent to the department.
At this point, a notification will appear on the venue’s sales terminal screen. From the terminal, you can either accept the order or cancel it by choosing Ignore.
Call Waiter
If you want to call a waiter, simply click the Call Waiter button and confirm. At that moment, a notification will appear on the terminal screen.
Request Bill
When requesting the bill, go to the Receipt section, select either Card or Cash as the payment method, and then confirm.
Tips
If you want to give a tip to a waiter, click the Tip button. All waiters eligible to receive tips will appear on the screen. You can select the desired waiter, enter the appropriate amount, and complete the payment. Note that each employee displayed here must be active in the Staff → Users section.
Reviews
Through the Reviews section in the QR Menu, your customers can provide feedback. You can read the submitted feedback by going to Marketing → Reviews in the back office.
