In the system, the color of the tables changes based on the following three situations:
Color | Meaning |
🔵 Blue | The table belongs to you. |
🟣 Purple | The table belongs to another colleague. |
🔴 Red | The assigned time limit for the table has expired. |
🔴 Purpose of the Red Color: If no products are added to the table within the specified time period after a check is opened, or if the specified time period has passed since the last product was added, the table's color changes to red.
Configuring Table Color Change Rules You can configure the automatic color change of tables from the back panel:
Access the back panel.
From the menu, navigate to Settings → Terminal section.
Activate the Table Color Change function.
Once the function is activated, a new field will appear below:
In this field, you can specify how many minutes should pass before the table turns red.
For example: If you enter "30," the table will automatically turn red if no order is placed within 30 minutes after the table is opened or if 30 minutes have passed since the last order.
💡 Note: The specified time period cannot be less than 10 minutes or more than 1001 minutes.
