After your monthly subscription expires, you will receive a notification message as shown below.
To make a payment, click on this notification.
You can make the payment using a card. If you pay in advance for 6 or 12 months, you will benefit from discount offers. To do this, select the discount package and payment method that suit you, then click the Next button.
When the card payment method is selected, the following window opens. After entering the card details, the payment is completed.
💡 After your monthly subscription expires, you can continue using the service for an additional 7 days on credit. Once you make the payment, these 7 credit days will be deducted from your next subscription period.
Payment can also be made through the Back Office or by accessing the Manager app on a mobile device. To do this, go to Settings → Subscription section. Here, you can view the payment date, monthly subscription amount, your tariff, and previous payment history. You can make a payment by clicking the Pay button following the same procedure.
To make a payment in the Manager app, follow the same procedure by going to Settings → Subscription section.
Click the Pay button to make the payment using a card or cash.
