Note: In the customer database, the customer’s name, phone number, and address are recorded, which helps track their receipts, cashback, and order deliveries. As part of the loyalty program, customers can collect cashback (a refund) at a certain percentage on each purchase. This means that a portion of the amount spent is returned to the customer, encouraging them to shop more.
You can import the customer database into the Clopos system in bulk. To do this, create a new Excel file and record the customers’ names, phone numbers, birth dates, etc., in a table format.
To import customers from an Excel file into the system, it is important to correctly fill in the following columns:
Name – Customer’s full name
Phone – Mobile number
Date of Birth (DOB) – Customer’s birth date
Address – Customer’s address
Gender – Customer’s gender
Balance – Record the customer’s debt or advance
Group – If a relevant group exists, the customer will be added to it; otherwise, a new group will be created
After filling in the Excel file with the required information, go to Marketing → Customers and select the Import button in the opened window.
In the opened window, select the Excel file you prepared and click the Open button. The customers will then be uploaded to the system.
