Note: In the customer database, the customer’s name, phone number, and address are recorded, which makes it possible to track their service and product choices. As part of the loyalty program, customers can collect cashback (a refund) with a certain percentage on each purchase. This means that a part of the amount spent is returned to the customer, encouraging them to shop more.
Creating a Customer in the Back Office
In the back office, go to Marketing → Customers. Then, click the +Create button in the top right corner.
Fill in the required fields and click the Save button.
Creating a Customer on the Terminal
Log in to the terminal. In the top right corner, click the three dots.
Click on the Customers section.
Click the Create Customer button.
Fill in the required fields and click the Create button.
💡 Tip: An address added for a customer by selecting it from the map on the terminal cannot be edited in the back office. However, an address that is added manually can be edited.
